The worst service Ever

I am writing this review after have contacted the customer service many many times, sending messages on facebook, and I've written an email to them as well but I haven't received any feed back, not even a phone call.

I’ve been trying to fix my oven since the 13th of October 2019 and every time the technician comes with funny story about the manager who’s busy all the time and not answering his messages. I even called the call center, but they keep referring me to the same technician, because he is the one who can decide what should be done, even though he is an outsource guy, so they don’t even care if he gives them a bad name, but the bad thing is he blames them and they blame him and I have already paid R1000 and I’ve been waiting for 4 months already and I still have the same problem.

I have posted this email on your facebook page, but as expected no respond.
