Terrible service regarding a non-functional fridge purchased from KIC

I regret the day I decided to purchase a KIC fridge at Game. Not only is it a clear second hand that doesn't work, they won't replace the damn thing! It does not cool which is pointless and they won't take it back even though it's broken down twice in the 6 months I bought it (The first time I reported the issue, it took K.I.C a whole month to send someone out to even have a look at it and all they did was to regas it). To say I'm ****ed doesn't even begin to describe how I'm feeling right now. What a waste of my hard earned money. Do yourself a favour and stay away from KIC fridges. They are reburbished and *******!!!
