Terrible service

Serving of washing machine - Whirlpool - WJ014134<br> <br> 7 weeks ago we placed a call to log a service and repair and the technician came out and left with only saying they will have to order the part. No invoice of any sorts. Since then, numerous phone calls and requests via the call center, NOBODY can give us any timeline on when it will be fixed or how much this is going to cost. The technician Kobus does not return any calls as requested weekly when we call and request for information from the call center. Not even the supervisor returned our call after I have complained many times. This is by far the WORST service I have ever received and will not recommend anybody to make use of their services!! 7 weeks and counting!!!!!!
