I am a proud owner of not only one but two Whirlpool Appliances and I consider myself a loyal customer, however I am slightly annoyed and disappointed with the after sale service I have received from Whirlpool I purchased a fridge/freezer in 2007 and it is still in immaculate condition however when the technician was called to assess the unit since it stopped working I was told that the mother board is faulty BUT Whirlpool no longer store these parts because the model has been discontinued. WHATEVER HAPPENED to sustainability?. WHY do I need to purchase a new refrigerator? Are these my only options I am not only annoyed and disappointed but frustrated too The model details are as follows WBM501 IX***JH671067
