Stock unavailable

On the 4th of Aug my KIC oven element broke. I immediately reported it to Whirlpool. They would send Best Electrical Bfn to fix it. I have now waited until Sat 5 Sep for the parts and now the wrong element has been sent. How long do I have to be without an oven!
