Still awaiting machine service.

I purchased a washing machine/dryer from whirlpool which broke and is still under warranty. I've spoken to whirlpool consultants to find out the turnaround time for my machine to be fixed and I am still waiting. I first called on the 13th of December 2019 and its already the 22nd January 2020. I want a full refund on my washing machine as I am done waiting for this. Reference No: 150740
