Shocking Whirpool service

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Our fridge has been faulty since October last year and no one can give us answers as to when it will be fixed. We have paid a lot of money to have our fridge repaired and it's not working after 10 months. They service our fridge weeks at a time with zero follow up. They still currently have had our fridge for another 6 week repair period and still no answers as to when we’ll get it back! I would not recommend any Whirpool product to anyone nor we will ever buy another whirlpool product based on this disgusting after sales service.
