Shocking Service from Whirlpool Serivce

To all those people out there wanting to purchase a whirlpool product DON'T. The after sale service is SHOCKING - the head of the services department never returns calls and the technician doesn't quite know what is wrong and is clutching at straws to find the problem.Our 1 year old dishwasher has been broken since 13/04/2015 and we are no closer to getting it fixed then we were on the 13/04/2015.
