I brought my sister a whirlpool washing machine last year December at Game Chris Hani mall. In March the machine started giving us problems, we went back to game and they were not helpful very rude managers. We have been calling and waiting for a technician to come. Today i contact Whirlpool call centre and spoke to a Ts****kazi who then told me she had escalated my complaint to her manager Marlene whom was supposed to have called me and never did. When i call back this stupid lady Ts****kazi tells me the manager said he was going to phone and now he is not available. I regret ever buying a whirlpool appliance i should have just went for better brands. All i want now is my money back as this demo of a machine is still within warranty. All winter we had to use hands to wash when we have a machine. Tomorrow i am taking legal actions further and will not recommend any whirlpool appliances to anyone
