Terrible is an understatement, I revamped my kitchen and because of Whirlpool that was the worst decision i took. I bought a new stove from whirlpool and guess what only used it for three months thereafter have been calling whirlpool but no assistance. They then come back to me after the warranty is finished and have stories of how they cannot help me. This is the worst company ever, all they need is people's money and thereafter what happens thy do not care. I wish people could go through reviews before buying products from whirlpool,it is the worst company ever. Iregret ever changing from defy to whirlpool. This company is a nightmare. I would neveer recommend their products to anyone, the products are awesome but service sucks big time.
