Replace Faulty Icemaker

Mr. Christo Oosthuizen bought a Whirlpool icemaker from Hirsch Centurion on 19 Dec'11, invoice nr 340118. <br> Repairs was done::<br> 21 Nov'14, Hirsch ref 382791, Whirlpool ref WJ007985<br> 28 Jan'15, Hirsch ref 389472, Whirlpool ref WJ018892<br> 20 Feb'15, Hirsch ref 12050, Whirlpool ref *** (Bigboy Ndlovu) We were extremely unhappy with the service received from Bigboy. <br> <br> The icemaker was still not working properly when we eventually got it back and then stopped working all together again. We reported it again on 15 May 2015, Hirsch ref 12050, Whirlpool ref WJ037599. <br> <br> The technician Andrew Lake phoned us on the 21st of May'15 who refused to work on the icemaker when he heard that it was previously repaired by Bigboy.<br> <br> Bigboy then came to Mr. Oosthuizen's house, looked at the icemaker and said that the element needed to be replaced. We accepted the quote, Bigboy replaced the element, but the icemaker was still not working. We thus phoned Bigboy again and he then collected the icemaker.<br> Once received back the icemaker worked only for a while. <br> On 18 Nov'15 we reported the icemaker once more, Whirlpool ref WJ058016.<br> Technician came out - icemaker is STILL NOT WORKING.
