Poor services rendered

On the 29th of October 2015, Whirlpool Bruma sent a technician, Justin from Technician On Call (J Electrical and Construction CC) to check and repair my whirlpool top loader washing machine. After checking the machine, Justin establish that the pressure switch needed replacement and provided me with a quote witch I gladly accepted and paid the call out fee of R200 and advised him the that the full payment will be received once job is completed. Justin then advised me that he needs to do the repair at his workshop No 4Geelhout street Elspark and that it will take approximately 2 days. On the 20th Dec 2015 after numerous calls,I took it upon myself to go to the workshop as stipulated on the quote received to fetch my machine repaired or not. Justin then in writing promised me that the machine will be repaired and delivered to my house on the 29 Dec2015. Again on the 30th Dec2015 after numerous calls I visited the workshop to no avail on the 30th Dec 2015 I received a call from Justin promising me that he will have machine repaired and delivered by 14h00 the same day to date I still don't have as Justin makes empty promises and is now becoming very rude and irate when I try to cal
