Poor service whirlpool

So my whirlpool washing machine broke down roughly 9 weeks ago, I paid the full service fee and fee for the parts. Waiting a whole four weeks for the part to arrive. I then again had to follow up on the part arriving.

Eventually after six weeks the technician arrived, then did something else to the machine, told us he would be back the following day to fix it. It’s been now close to three weeks with no communication at all I’ve sent him text, calls and even emails to their office with no help.

I’m sitting here with nowhere else to turn to.
