Poor Service from Whirlpool

In 1992, we bought a Whirlpool Top Loader and have been using it non stop until the middle of 2017. We are washing at least once a day and in most cases 2 bundles a day. For 25 years, this machine was running without any problems what so ever. Excellent machine. We figured that if this machine was running for 25 years, surely we should buy a Whirlpool again. We went to our local dealer, and bought a Whirlpool washing machine again. Invoice date: 28 July 2017. When we received the machine we, noticed a few faint scratch marks on the side of the drum and also noticed that the machine is making very weird noises when starting as well as at the beginning of different cycles. We noted that on the machine it refers to "Different noises than the previous machine". The local dealer advised that we should carry on using the machine to see what happens. The noise became more noticeable as time passed until we decided that something is definitely wrong with this machine. We also noticed that every now and then there was water leaking from somewhere below the machine. We spoke to the dealer again and they booked a service call. Two technicians arrived and advised us that the gearbox was faulty and the agitator seal was leaking and also wanted to take the machine away. We advised them that we do not want the machine repaired, as this was practically a new machine and it was doing this from day one. We spoke to the dealer again and they referred us to the Sales Representative for Whirlpool. We spoke to her and advised that we are very unhappy, especially after we had such excellent service from the previous machine, and also advised that we need to receive a new machine, as this problem was there since day one. She advised that she will sort it out with her Service Manager and make sure that we receive a new machine. Well, months later and still no joy. Whirlpool SA says that the machine is out of the 6 months that the CPA provides and they are willing to repair the unit. Point is, this was reported to the dealer the very same day it was delivered and the dealer advised to use the machine and see what happens. Now we sit with a faulty "new" machine and Whirlpool feels nothing. We cannot suggest to anyone to buy Whirlpool again, as the company is following suit like the rest of the country, going down the drain . Whirlpool in the USA apparently cannot assist, due to us not living in the USA and they only serve Americans. Guys, please, do yourselves a favor and stay away from all Whirlpool appliances, because their service stinks.
