Poor service/ don’t buy the brand

They replaced a drum on my whirlpool washing machine and the it hast worked since then. Over R5000 down the drain and we are running around in circles. Mr Edgar Motsamai is aware of the issue and yet nothing has been done yet. It’s a pity that such a reputable brands image is completely being tarnished by poor service support! I could rate this if I could.
