Poor or Lack of Customer Care/Service

Having just recently bought a Whirlpool washing machine, as we needed to replace our existing fridge (K.I.C. /Whirlpool) we took delivery from Tafelberg Furnishers of one today. (Tafelberg did give us great service) As I needed some technical advice I thought it would be better to phone KIC direct on their 086 number. As the waiting period was long and I was moved from dept to dept I requested the receptionist (name sounded like Anique) at 11:59 to get a technical person to phone me back. As nothing had happened by 15:19 I phoned again and asked for someone to contact me urgently.
