Poor numerous repairs of microwave

I purchased a Jet Chef Whirlpool microwave and one year later in October 2017 it stopped working. A technician has come out on numerous occasions to repair the microwave and it is now mid February 2018 and i still do not have a working microwave. I have a small baby and use it for sterilizing bottles and now am forced to spend unnecessary money on buying sterilizing tablets. This is a huge inconvenience. I think it is about time I am given a new microwave .
