Poor customer service at Whirlpool

********** I am so disappointed and frustrated with the service received from whirlpool together with KIC. I have been calling them everyday reporting my fridge for repairs since the 25th and all they are giving me is empty promises. It's been more than 3 weeks since they've been promising to get back to me but up till now I haven't heard anything from them besides they're empty promises of getting back to me. NEVER EVER BUYING ANY APPLIANCE ASSOCIATED WITH WHIRLPOOL AND KIC
