Poor Customer Service

I bought a whirlpool fridge 2 years ago. The door does not completely. My nightmare started when I phoned whirlpool customer service. They made me pay R600 for a technician call. Turn around time 48 hours but 8 days have since passed. No technician has come. Warning Never Become Another Victim of this **** Customer Service. Do not buy Whirlpool products in South Africa. Local Agents do not have capacity to service product. Disappointed Customer
