Poor aftersales services

Do not ever buy either Whirlpool or KIC. My Whirlpool tumbledryer needed repairs. I paid in full for the parts and installation in Feb. After numerous phone calls trying to speak to a manager I am still waiting for someone to come and replace the part. Several appointments were made and the technician just never honor the appointment. He has always a millions reasons and excuses. From my point of view it looks like the R6 600 I paid for the parts and installation did find it's way to someone backpocket. Whirlpool IS USELESS !!! STAY FAR AWAY!! IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK BUY A WHIRLPOOL!!
