Pathetic service and feedback

I bought a whirlpool sixtg sense fridge and freezer from makro,only a few months old,i oaid for both unite R20000.00,the freezer had a internal leackage,Edgar promised me they would exchange the unit by 19 Desember 2015,the service call was booked on 23 Nomvember 2015,i still did not get my new freezer,i will not suggest whirlpool to anyone as this is the worst service i had and the worst product.
