Pathetic customer service from Whirlpool

The worst customer service ever …. I logged a call and have been calling the ********** 401 number for the past month and to date my issue is not resolved. The contact center agents needs to attend proper training on how to handle calls and Whirlpool needs to get a Quality Assurance department to listen to how their employees communicate to their customer.

Their Technician is unprofessional and never calls back to update you on the ticket he has.
