No Technician Has Been Sent To Date (WJ066421)

I bought a fridge at Furniture City which is under a 2 years warranty, the fridge's bottom door has a faulty magnet which doesn't properly close the deep freezer. As a result, air gets through because the door won't close tightly with the fridge and it generates a lot of frost, and therefore making it unbearable to store supplies in it. I logged a query to have the door/magnet looked at and probably replaced through Furniture City / African Bank (as the furniture was financed by the latter bank although it's been settled) during 02 Nov 2015. I was then given a reference number WJ066421 where a technician from Whirlpool SA (PTY) LTD would come and have a look at it but to date nothing has been done, and the warranty is bout to lapse. As I write this I have decided to keep the fridge off because I can't be able to properly use it. The fridge was paid in full and therefore the warranty on it needs to be honored please, moreover because I logged the query before it lapsed!! Today 26/01/2016 I spoke to Katleho on the *** number, and she told me she can't get hold of the technician and there is no feedback on the system. Really?!?!?!?!
