No support from Whirlpool SA

Seriously disillusioned with the service. I booked a call on a faulty appliance 2 days ago and have had absolutely no response. The people at the service centre are unable to help me, the manager is never available and they refuse to give me any other numbers.<br> Will I ever buy Whirlpool products again? Dont think so!
