No Service from Whirlpool and Andew's bad attitude

I bought an end of range Whirlpool warmer drawer at Dion Wired at the colonade shoping centre which had a door that was not closing. The sales person promised to log a call with Whirlpool to repair the drawer which he did. Whirlpool then sent me a notification on the 6th of May that a technician will contact me, which he never did. On the 13th of may I called their call centre and they gave me the number for the technician and I called him. he said hell get back to me. On Friday the 15th May he called me asking for my address and I gave it to him and sent it on SMS as well. He never came and never called to apologise. Today I call him and he does not even have the decency to apologies he just asks for my Address. I tell him I sent an SMS on Friday with the address and he just drops the phone one me.
