No parts for a new Whirlpool oven

I purchase a 900 mm under counter oven 2 years ago.<br> The seal to the oven/door broke about 6 weeks ago.<br> We purchased a new seal (which did not fit) and it also broke a week later.<br> The seal is too small for the oven and its under too much tension.<br> Whirlpool cannot replace the seal as they say they do not have stock. <br> They say that they will only have stock some time next year.<br> They have not offered any kind of solution (be it temporary) and are not helpful at all. <br> The house is rented out and the tenants are understandably upset as its their annual holiday.<br> The traditional Christmas dinner is also now out the window.<br> <br> Think again if you are considering buying a Whirlpool product.
