NO FEEDBACK

Whirlpool was contacted on *** in January/beginning February. A technician was sent to check the washing machine and fridge. He received the call out fee and then neither he nor the company supp**** me with any feedback. I phoned a few weeks ago to find out what happened just to be rudely told by the receptionist that I couldn't be assisted as I couldn't supply the reference number. She eventually asked for my telephone number and could then tell me that they are waiting for parts from overseas. Since then, complete silence from their side. Not one of my family members or friends will ever buy any Whirlpool products. Anneke
