No delivery

I'm very disappointed in Whirlpool you sometimes you buy things hoping that its best quality and their service will be perfect, but I as wrong. 2 months has passed by since the technician told us that he need to order parts for our stove but we haven't received or heard anything.<br> I don't have the money to phone every time for things that does not have progress. Can somebody please assist me in resolving this matter.
