Never buy Whirlpool

Worst customer service ever. Bought a front loader washing machine for R10000. A few months down the line, it stopped working. Technician came and said they need to order parts from Italy and it takes two weeks. Two months later, I enquire they tell me some additional parts needs to be ordered from USA, got a message that the parts have arrived. Three months later am still waiting for the repair to be done. WTH.
