Never buy KIC

I am very disappionted i bought a KIC freezer last year. I wish i had listen to other people. Me and my husband never had money to buy new appliances then 5 years back our house burned down. Just to get to the piont of getting and buolding up life from scratch. We saved money and had money to buy a new freezer last year. We bought it at makro wonderboom pretoria. 2 weeks back i got home after work at 20:00. Everything in the freezer started to defrost. I contacted makro the next day who arranged for me that KIC will come and fix the freezer. I got bonus and stocked my fridge with meat that will last me a few months. The freezer was full. The KIC technition came out. Looked at the fridge and said it had a internal gas leak and needs replacement. I asked him how long will it take because what must i do with my food. He rep****... he does not know someone will contact me and my fr9zen food is my problem i must make a plan. More than a week after i heard nothi g from KIC and my husband phoned them and spoke yo a Charmain tha helpped him. We got some authorization number toe exchange our fridge but we could not do it the same day due to paperwork and processing time. Today is more than 2 weeks after my freezee stopped working. And i counted on the freezer tp last me a lifetime. My mom has had a defy fredge since i was little and its still working.
