MIA technician

I bought a washing machine on 28/01 at Makro with the extended warranty that they offered.

On 26/02 the machine has been giving us never-ending problems. Called Makro several times to log a call for them to send out a technician. It's been weeks and I'm still waiting.

I have been told that "the technician is in your area", everything I call and yety machine is still not repaired. I'm sick and tired. I'll be returning the washing machine and I expect a full refund on the useless machine and the extended warranty purchased.
