Left without washing machine

Dear Whirlpool and Makro I have never in my life turned into "that customer" until now. With the biggest ever disappointment in my life and the worst customer care ever. Ever. My story is basic. I saved up 2 years to afford and buy a washer dryer combo that i purchased Nov 2018 from Makro Strubensvalley. Earlier this year i logged an appliance complaint and nothing was done about it. Lock down happened and i was able to manage. Came July 2020 i logged a complaint AGAIN with Makro. 5th August a gentleman called Marvin contacted me to arrange a technician to come and look at the machine and so he did on the 8th of Aug. Said a pc board was to be ordered and that would take up to 3 working days. 8 working days later i had to call them..... again,only to find out they did not order the part and that it would now take possibly 12 working days for the part to arrive. On Saturday 12th September the technician came eventually to install the PC board. On installation, it showed an error. I was told i needed to be take in for "programming". I wasn't able to take leave for this the week of 14th Sept and made arrangements for the pick up on the 21st September. I was told the machine will be in for "programming" for 3 days. On Wednesday the 23rd i called early that morning just to find out it will need programming for 8days. I am dissatisfied and disappointed and discouraged and absolutely give up. A gentleman called Edgar assisted me from KIC services and his word to me was "they should have ot fixed by Friday (25th Sept) and he will get on to the situation early the 25th. I have a toddler and his potty training and i am forced to hand washing after I had spent my R7000 thats worth nothing..... Nothing. And every time i try to get assistance I get a ly to my face and left with my washing my problem. I am sick and tired of this struggle now. Its been to long and i have requested a replacement several times and i just get more lies and lies and lies..... WHAT THE HELL DO I DO...... I CAN NOT CARRY ON LIKE THIS.
