Leaking Washing machine

In May 2014 I phoned Whirlpool to ask them to fix my leaking washing machine. They sent out Kobus Koegelenberg (***) who fitted a new water pump. I paid him, but on the next washing day, the machine was still leaking. I called him, he came after a few days, but then said every thing was dry, he could not see where the leak was. I told him to come on a Monday at 11h00, he never came. He did not answer my messages or sms's. I also made numerous calls to the service department of the company. ***) I spoke to Dina, Zanelli, Mabel,Tersia, Zola, Gisela, Lesedi, Leto and also to Rodney, who is in charge. All that I received, were promises. I left messages for Rodney and the manager, with no response. I have it now with them, and ask for you help, please.
