Lack of someone to talk to other than a call centr

One of the plates on my 4 burner gas hobs is in permanent start mode, if repeatedly sparks as if to start the burner, the only way to stop it is to switch off at the mains,when cooking is required the burner you select will operate but this one clicks repeatedly,very irritating.Phoning the 0860 number,you get a call center lady who can't or won't help.All she wants you to do is log a service call for someone to come out at R395 per hour.<br> All I want is to talk to someone who can possibly tell me what the problem is,maybe it is something simple maybe not,but you can't talk to anyone,not good enough.
