<div>Good day. I bought my wirlpool 13 kg topload er on 14.12.2018. I came with a 1 year guarantee but kic still gives you a 2 year extended warrantee. August 2018 the store made a booking but according to them the technician cancelled the call out. I called wirlpool at *** spoke to Sherwin but no joy up until now. Ref 007793. The only way out fir them is to say sort it out from OK store in krugersdorp. I paid the machine cash so why should they worry its still broken. I am really giving up now. This is not the way to treat people</div>
