KIC - check the QC of your products

The only reason why KIC is getting a 2-rating, is because someone at least came out to fix the leak in the water dispenser today, after OK Furniture Zevenwacht Mall seems to have **** to me about having been in contact with you for 4months to come out to my house to fix it or to replace the faulty component. My beef with KIC is that a product leaves your floor that should have failed QC checks. Because the water dispenser, which is what people buy the fridge for, has a hole in it. Do the customers of this country just not matter to you?
