KIC and Edger Motsamai breached agreement

I bought a KIC fridge in end of February, and it has been faulty ever since .Yesterday, I sent a Formal demand letter to Edger Motsamai. KIC called me and promised to deliver a brand new replacement fridge. Today,technicians arrived only to fix a light bulb! I turned them away .This is a breach of Agreement .I demand my brand new fridge or a full refund immediately!
