K.I.C supercool fridge freezer

good day <br> <br> i tried contact whirlpool via there website but no reply so i decided you must help i bought a super cool fridge top freezer bottom K.I.C make about 3 years ago and no i replaced the motor multipel times and fix the condencer at the back no i must replace it i just want to now is that what K.I.C stands for replace every 3 years or what
