I'm really upset

Hello<br> <br> I just want to complain what a terrible service you guys have, I think we all relate to how a fridge is so important in a house hold especially those that have a budget, I've been waiting since friday for help I'm given a TAT of 7-10 working days, for a FRIDGE, don't we have a better time for that considering the importance? <br> <br> I'm disappointed at the girl I spoke to today nothing like the last lady, very insensitive.
