Horrible aftersales service and misleading advertising

I purchased a fridge in 2018 for the main reason, Whirlpool states on the fridge that it has a 10-year warranty. The fridge starts to give me problems now. After I spoke to their customer care they say that it is only on the compressors and I have to pay a call-out fee of R650 just for someone to have a look. This was misleading advertising to start off with. Will never buy a KIC or Whirlpool product again.
