I placed a service call asking for my WHIRLPOOL fridge to be attended to.The water dispenser and icemaker stopped working.A previous technician which also never returned said a valve at the back of the fridge was faulty.I placed a call explaining what was wrong and asking that they came with the parts.The techy came out stripping my fridge and asking for R570.He however never came back and never returned even though I phoned him, his manager and the service center.I have no idea what to do to even get my parts back.
