Guarantee doesnt deliver

My Whirlpool dishwasher is a few months old. a ****roach walked over the pc board, I was told by the Whirlpool technician. NOTHING IN MY WARRANTY SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT A VOID IF A ****ROACH WALKS OVER THE PC BOARD ! So if I have an "infestation" according to the technician, why does all the other electrical appliances in my house still work ?? And to what standard does a infestation qualify ?? 2 ****roaches.... 10....maybe 50...... or how much and how can they proof it? The shop - Metro in Garsfontein Pretoria - just pulls up their shoulders to this. The technician told me he had many other complaints like this all over Pretoria and that Whirlpool will not fix or replace my dishwasher. SOOOOOOO if Whirlpool knows this !!!!! Why don't they put a protection cover over the pc board. I called the Whirlpool customer care centre,,,,, its been 2 weeks now without any reply. I told them about this on Facebook.....no reply !!! If this is how Whirlpool and Metro handles customer complaints I will make sure that I will NEVER buy any Whirlpool appliance or any appliance at Metro again!!!! Now my next email will be to the SA consumer Complaints act 68 of 2008 signed on 24 April 2009.
