Great customer service

Excellent service from Whirlpool today from the friendly and efficient call centre agent who booked my service callout to the SMS confirming my technician and to Avon who arrived that same morning. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue with my fridge. I highly recommend going direct for any Whirlpool appliance service needs!
