Fridge making wind-like loud noises

I bought a KIC fridge on the 28th of May 2024 from Pick n Pay hyper greenstone and the first thing I noticed after a couple of hours of switching it on it made a wind-like noise and I reported it to Pick ‘n Pay hyper Greenstone where i bought it and it took them weeks to get me a person from KIC to come and have a look at it. When the service person called me all he told me over the phone that I should wait 2-3 months and the noise would stop without coming to have a look at it. After the said two months I called Pick ‘n Pay again to tell them that the noise did not stop and it just keeps on persisting and they still haven’t managed to get me someone to have a lot at the fridge as they will not let me return it.
