FAULTY SPARE PART : WHIRLPOOL POWER UNIT

After several attempts trying to get hold of the Whirlpool Technician, Avon he came and try to fix my Whirlpool fridge. A day was enough that the fridge would work & gave me same problem of sirene like sound which comes off randomly. I was aware of the 3 month guarantee, which started on 02/11/2015 when a new Power Unit was replaced. Thursday, 10 March 2016, I called Whirlpool call centre to report Avon for not responding to my text messages. I spoke to the Supervisor by the name of Tumello. I related the matter to him. He responded by telling me that the part is out of warranty. He went further by telling me that I never called Whirlpool call centre, if I did my conversation would have been recorded. (But this is not the matter of recording its about poor/shoddy work by them.) Why didn't he confirm with Avon first before he responded. From his utterances, I learnt that he was prejudiced. Their repeated failing job has left me with a FRIDGE THAT DOES NOT WORK. WATER IS DRIPPING FROM ICE DISPENSER BECAUSE IT IS NOT COLD ENOUGH / ICEMAKER DOES NOT MAKE ICE CUBES. Is Whirlpool using inferior material that have short lifespan?<br> oIs Whirlpool draining money from its clients.
