Faulty Dishwasher - After Service terrible - Ref No: KJ260771

After service is terrible. I have to constantly phone to find out what is happening with my faulty dishwasher currently under warranty. A technician came out on Monday and still hasn't updated there internal system. Now I'm being told that there is a part to be ordered but they don't have the part code from the technician yet. This is really terrible, people keep on making promises to phone back and then no one phones me back. Very disappointing
