extremely disappointed

very disappointed, when I bought a fridge from them, i was under the impression that they are the best. It is not even 3 years we have had the fridge but its already giving me a problem. It will not get cool and this whole week i have been trying to contact them without any luck. I called and was promised a callback and i have also sent an email but no response at all
