Don't ever buy Whirlpool ******* artists

My eye level oven stopped working. At first when I phone their service number it did not work I phoned a couple of days later. I booked a call. When after 5 days I heard nothing from them and I phoned again. Eventually a technician phoned me and told me he is 10 min away from my house. No appointment the just expect you to accommodate them The technicians was from their agent HOME ZONE APPLIANCE REPAIRS in Durban They inspected the oven and I had to pay a R600 call out fee. They did not have parts and said they must send me a quote for the parts. A few days later I got a quote for R2967.00 for the part. I told them it is too much. Went to game and I can get a lesser model for R300 more. The parts pricing and call out fee is a *******. Dont ever buy Whirlpool
