DONT BUY Whirlpool

I bought a new whirlpool hob from Hirschs. The new hob did not function . We called Hirsch who assisted by lodging a service callout for whirlpool. We called Home Zone Appliances, whirlpools official service agent. Home Zone Appliances were EXTREEMLY unhelpful and REFUSED to 1. Confirm they were coming to site and 2. make an appointment. .......... I STRONGLY advise NOT to buy a whirlpool product as 1. They are NOT guaranteed to work from new and 2. Whirlpools service agents , Home Zone Appliances , are DISINTERESTED and NON co-operative in giving whirlpool clients service.
