Don't buy WHIRLPOO (not its not a typo)

Absolutely appalling customer service on aftermarket product support. Bought a ***eon pair fridge and freezer about 5 years ago.I cannot get spares for tge freezer. Been waiting for months and don’t have a freezer. To replace my freezer would require that i also buy a new fridge. I was going to purchase a Whirlpool dishwasher to complement the design and look of my expensive kitchen. The sales persons at two major retail outlets advised me to stay away from Whirlpool not surprising reading all the not so positive comments.

Despite calls to Whirlpool SA offices for assistance, the response and offer to assist is non existence. The message is very clear. - its my problem not theirs. I totally regret purchasing a “WHIRLPOO” cause it’s exactly just that!! I’ve now come to know a lot of people who are complaining about the poor service from WHIRLPOO.

If you want to buy a ****py and cheap product from a manufacturer who is yet to discover the very concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE, then go and buy your WHIRLPOO. You will have a **** product for sure.
